Since 1998, Jack’s Property Service has been helping homeowners and businesses throughout Southern and Central Maine with dependable contracting, excavation, and property services. Owner Jack Vallieres began working on jobsites as a kid in Durham with The Durham Company, learning the value of hard work and gaining hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of the construction and property services industry. Over the years, that experience has grown into a full-service business capable of handling everything from excavation and septic systems to roofing, siding, additions, garages, firewood, and general property maintenance.
One of the biggest reasons for our success is our people. Many members of our crew have worked alongside Jack for years, creating an experienced team that takes pride in every project. Together, we bring the knowledge, equipment, and dedication needed to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
